We are a group of professionals who have served in organizations across private, public and social sectors for more than three decades. We have now come together under a common goal of 'giving it back'. The venture is founded by two alumni from IIT Madras who realized that work doesn't end with retirement. We, therefore, created a platform whereby the retirees can once again become professionally active again and help businesses achieve an accelerated mentorship and growth, through their expertise/mentorship.
